The Israel Science Academy works with Glocal as its main Arabic translation and language solutions provider for many years. Glocal was therefore naturally chosen to translate and Arabicize the Academy’s global “Mundos” game.

 

The Journey to Mundos is an educational interactive game, which exposes students to the world of scientific research. The game foregrounds the fact that science is not merely based on knowledge, yet on curiosity, creativity and rational thinking as well.

 

This make “The Journey to Mundos” a perfect starting point for research-based learning. The Journey to Mundos is a translation of an extended version of a game originally developed for middle school students. The original extended game is a project of the Netherlands Young Academy (De Jonge Akademie), supported by the SNS REAAL Fonds and the Royal Netherlands Academy for Arts and Science.
